Step 3 - Installing the Crank Pulley, Fan and Radiator Supports:
The crankshaft pulley bolt requires a 22mm socket. My crankshaft pulley was made by George Folchi who did a great job however it needed to be milled out by a machine shop so the original bolt would mate to the crankshaft counterweight. There was plenty of "meat" left on the pulley after this was done so I don't believe there is any strength loss. I did not torque this bolt however there may be a torque spec for it.
George also made the fan spacer. It required four 8mm bolts, 30mm long.
Here is the fan and pulley reinstalled with the spacer. On my car the fan clears the new crankshaft pulley by 14mm.
I did not have the "radiator spacers" mentioned in the instructions so I had to fabricate some. I used two pieces of angle iron and welded bolts on the top and bottom for the lower supports. This allowed the bottom of the radiator to move away from the fan slightly.
